Talk to Paul & Tim before you buy.

I started True Gear because buying power gear online was a guessing game. Pages of specs, nobody to ring, and no one telling you what you actually need. So I built the shop I'd want to buy from: straight answers, fair prices and a real person on the phone. We're still a small team, just Paul and me, and we'll look after you.

"If you're not happy with your gear, get in touch. We'll sort it out. That's our guarantee."Tim, founder of True Gear

★★★★★★★★★★
Champion company, easy to deal with. Tim is a great communicator. I bought a Bluetti 180P and it worked a charm. Tim was happy to match any competitor's price.
